Do I need SOFBAC Calendar?
No. Workplan is a standalone service. Calendar is a separate product for personal and shared appointments.
Is a work schedule the same as time tracking?
A schedule describes planned work. Actual hours worked and further records are a separate area; we clarify what you need before setup.
How does the team handle changes?
We agree who maintains the schedule and how staff receive the current version. Any required acknowledgements and notifications are checked for the chosen scope.
How do I access the application?
The Open app link takes you to the existing Workplan application. An account and the appropriate permissions are required.
How can I check pricing and availability?
